How far an organisation has come does not show in the number of applications, but in what is arranged around them.
What WSLASH does
WSLASH sets it up. The business stays the owner.
A development department where AI agents build
WSLASH sets up the department and steers the process.
Businessputs the request on the board
→
Agentsbuild, test and document
→
Peoplereview and accept
The business decides on priority, acceptance, cost and when to stop.
Checks run automatically and get stricter as the risk grows.
The team grows with what people can review responsibly, not with what can be built.
Setting up a Center of Enablement
A small core that arranges the foundation, routes and rules, so the organisation can build with AI itself, responsibly. WSLASH sets it up and helps it grow.
AI governance that fits the risk
Rules and reviews that grow with the risk of an application, aligned with the EU AI Act and the GDPR.
Where do you stand?
A quick self-assessment shows where you stand. If you need to back it up for your board or a regulator, an AIF Maturity Assessment follows, with evidence per domain.
How an engagement works
Start small, with real applications
Introduction and self-assessment
Together you establish where you stand.
A sponsor and a CoE lead
Someone who makes the calls and someone who guides the first applications.
One or two real applications
With real users and an owner from the business.
A decision date
Continue, adjust, scale up or stop: you decide on evidence.

About WSLASH
Doing it together
WSLASH B.V. is a Dutch company that helps organisations set up AI-driven development, with AIF as its own method.
Where the name comes from. W/ is gamer slang for with: together. The slash stands for Hak, the founder's surname. The motto: do IT W/.
The method behind WSLASH
Adaptive Intelligence Framework
Everything WSLASH does follows AIF: five phases for how an organisation grows, six domains that always count.
AI governance is how an organisation steers what gets built and used with AI: with owners, rules and oversight.
Good governance makes the safe route the easiest route.
What is the difference between an AI policy and AI governance?
An AI policy sets out what is and is not allowed. AI governance makes sure it actually happens in practice. A policy without governance stays on paper.
What is a Center of Enablement?
A small core that makes it possible for people in the organisation to build with AI themselves, responsibly.
Unlike a Center of Excellence, it does not build everything itself or approve everything: whoever claims the value remains the owner.
How do you organise vibe coding in an organisation?
Vibe coding means building software by working with AI in plain language. Banning it does not work: it simply disappears from view.
Give it a place: free learning without sensitive data, a guided route with an owner, and reviews that get stricter as the impact grows.
